What does a normal training day look like?

All sessions will be scheduled on a Friday (Day 1) and a Saturday (Day 2).

Day 1: 11:00am to 9:00pm
Day 2: 8:00am to 3:00pm

Includes 15-minute comfort breaks during the afternoon of Day 1, and during the morning and afternoon of Day 2. We provide dinner (45-60 minutes) on the first day, and breakfast (30-60 minutes) and lunch (45-60 minutes) on Day 2. Meals will be served in a room other than the training room to avoid disruptions from meal set-up and clean-up.

These timeframes assure that we meet the minimum 128 hours of training or 16 hours per weekend.
